Graniti Fiandre is a leading company in the production of Tiles, Porcelain Stoneware, Floors and Coverings. It is present in over 100 countries around the world with a wide array of solutions for floors and walls that range from the contract sector to the wellness and residential ones, including the medical and leisure sectors to meet all building and living requirements.
The new layout of the main exhibition hall entailed the installation of a new air conditioning system that also allows it to be managed more easily.
The most important showroom of the Castellarano-based ceramics group is located on the upper floor of a shipping warehouse, in an area that is also partially occupied by offices.
As the exhibition space had benefited from some changes in layout, it was necessary to redo the air conditioning system serving the premises. Torreggiani & C. therefore dismantled the heating and air conditioning systems as well as the existing aeraulic ducts, installing a new heat pump system and a new Air Handling Unit. The new system, of the aeraulic type too, also makes use of ducted fan coils thus making it simpler and more rational to be managed by the personnel in the room.
Torreggiani guarantees system maintenance with Third Party Management contract.
